Procurement & Facility Management Expert (m/f/diverse)

Your tasks

  • Providing local operational procurement services (including vendor management and supplier sourcing, contract management, corporate and personal expenditure management, fleet management, office equipment, office supplies, IT supplies, logistics/transport, maintenance of supplier data base, cost approval process for GS-OS relevant invoices at Kofax);
  • Providing local facility services and real estate management;
  • Delivering local office on-site services, ensuring security as well as health and safety, contract management (cleaning services, travel agency services, office materials, consumables, electrical services, insurance management, satelite office, manager of local booking system Speedikon);
  • Ensuring compliance with company and legal standards and regulations;
  • Coordinating and supporting the implementation of area company-wide projects;
  • Responsibility for BCM - Business continuity management;
  • Managing of Reception service - external staff;
  • Outsourcing coordinator;
  • Passive webportals management.

Your profile

  • Significant procurement experience in a large company structure;
  • Experience with facility and real estate management;
  • Ability to perform independently and as part of an international team;
  • Good analytical thinking and decision-making skills;
  • Fluency in English (fluency in German would be considered an advantage);
  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
