Warehouse Manager (m/f/d)

Your profile

• Successfully completed vocational training in warehouse logistics or comparable, initial management experience desirable
• Willingness to work alternating early and mid-morning shifts (time slot 6:00 - 18:00)
• Knowledge of storage guidelines and procedures
• Technical understanding, valid forklift license
• Strong assertiveness, goal orientation, stress resistance, hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills, team orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
• Proficient in the use of IT systems, SAP knowledge an advantage

Your tasks:

• Coordination of warehouse processes, organization and optimization of warehouse and material flow processes
• Personnel responsibility for approx. 12 warehouse employees, technical and disciplinary management incl. personnel deployment planning
• Control and management of stock levels
• Planning and carrying out inventories
• Monitoring and enforcing work instructions and compliance with work and fire safety regulations
