YOUR TASKS
- Provide training and assessments on the Thermit Welding premises and other approved training centres as required
- Provide training at customer sites
- Provide expert advice and assistance to all our customers and partners
- Provide support to TW management for development and testing of new products and processes
- To ensure continued compliance with company quality, safety and environmental policies while undertaking all activities
OUR BENEFITS
- The position will be primarily office based at our premises in Rainham, Essex but may include some off-site training (UK only) where necessary
- To provide a good work/life balance the position will be Monday - Friday, broadly 07:00 till 15:00

YOUR PROFILE
- Qualified in MMA (Manual Metal Arc) and FCAW (Flux Cored Arc Welding) for delivery of training and assessments
- NSAR (National Skills Academy Rail) recognised status highly beneficial
- Qualified welder to TW 1 - 5 (minimum)
- Qualified welding inspector level advantageous but not essential
- Must be passionate about delivering and developing future talent for the railway industry
