Technical Operations Specialist (m/f/d)
You will take on technical system responsibility for our technical installations and support the further development and optimization of automation systems as well as adjacent AGV (automated guided vehicle) systems. With your knowledge and experience, you ensure smooth operations and actively drive the digital transformation in logistics.
Your Role:
- System and plant operations: Ensure reliable operation of all technical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze faults, resolve technical issues, and improve system availability.
- Automation systems: Maintain and support PLC/SPS, HMI, and safety systems, and accompany testing and software updates.
- AGV/FTS systems: Support automated guided vehicle systems, analyze malfunctions, and optimize material flow.
- Projects and development: Support technical improvements, retrofits, and system expansions, and coordinate external service providers.
- Documentation & training: Maintain technical documentation, develop standards, and train users in system operation.

Your profile
- Completed vocational training or degree in mechatronics, automation engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
- Ideally experience with intralogistics systems, conveyor systems, or automation equipment, as well as PLC/SPS systems
- Knowledge of control systems, HMI systems, and industrial networks
- Experience with AGV/FTS systems and functional safety is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, structured working style, and willingness to take responsibility
- High level of initiative and a systematic approach to troubleshooting
- Fluent English is mandatory, especially in a technical context
- Very good German language skills
