IHRE AUFGABEN
- Führung und Teamentwicklung: Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Serviceteams (3-5 Mitarbeitende im Innen- und Außendienst)
- Umsatz- und Ergebnisverantwortung: Planung, Steuerung und Erreichung der jährlichen Umsatz- und Deckungsbeitragsziele im Servicebereich
- Vertrieb: Vermarktung und Abschluss von Wartungs- und Serviceverträgen (SLAs) sowie Identifikation von Upselling-Potenzialen (Ersatzteile, Retrofits, Schulungen)
- Aufbau von Strukturen und Prozessen: Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen als primäre Ansprechperson für alle Servicethemen, sowie Weiterentwicklung des Ticketsystems, KPI-Trackings und eines Serviceportfolios mit klar definierten Leistungspaketen
- Strategische Kundenbetreuung: Betreuung von Kunden auf Entscheider- und Betreiberebene als zentrale Ansprechperson Koordination und termingerechte Abwicklung aller Serviceeinsätze in Deutschland und im europäischen Ausland
- Sicherstellung der Qualitätsstandards, einer vollständigen Servicedokumentation und der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Engineering, Vertrieb und Prüflabor

IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen (Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau) oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Service oder Servicemanagement, idealerweise im Umfeld komplexer mechatronischer oder messtechnischer Systeme
- Erfahrung in der Umsatzverantwortung sowie in der Gestaltung und Vermarktung von Serviceverträgen
- Führungserfahrung sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und kaufmännisches Geschick
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands sowie ins europäische Ausland
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
