Your responsibilities:

• You assume technical and disciplinary leadership of the warehouse and logistics team
• Here you are responsible for staff deployment planning, guidance, development, motivation, and evaluation of employees.
• You are organizing the acceptance of non-ferrous metal scrap
• You are responsible for the proper sorting and storage of the metals
• You inspect the type, quantity, and condition of the deliveries.
• You perform quality analyses
• You are responsible for shipping preparation and cargo securing
• You monitor the loading of trucks, containers, and skip bins

Your profile

• You are an experienced executive with strong communication skills who motivates employees to achieve peak performance and possesses the ability to develop yourself and others.
• You are interested in metal recycling and technical relationships
• Ideally, you have knowledge of materials
• You hold a forklift license
