Your tasks

• IMS Maturity development and integration - target one system, not many
• Support regional teams with gap analysis and required changes
• Communicate structural process change, ensure process owners support all users.
• Analyse global IMS frameworks, initiate and report local implementations/ roadmaps
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations are considered
• Chair or support: IMS steering committees/ forum
• Align IMS activities with business leaders, operations, and functional heads
• Support internal audit programmes
• Define and track IMS KPIs and maturity metrics

Your qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ISO management system standards
• Minimum 5 years experience in quality based role with (degree or masters in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical), Quality Management or Business Administration / Operations Management
• APQP as a must, using of q-methods
• Experience converting audit outputs into improvement initiatives, including change management
• Experience working across multiple countries or regions
• Exposure to manufacturing, energy, or industrial environments
• Familiarity with digital tools supporting IMS (e.g. SAP, SharePoint workflows, audit platforms)
• Ability to balance global standardisation with local flexibility
• Strong stakeholder, communication, and influencing skills
