IHRE AUFGABEN

• Aufbau, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des QS-Systems entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Prüfkonzepten, Prüfplänen und Freigabeprozessen in Produktion und Labor
• Fachliche Führung eines Mitarbeitenden sowie Schulung und Sensibilisierung aller Mitarbeitenden
• Analyse von Qualitätsabweichungen, Steuerung des Reklamationsmanagements sowie Einleitung und Überwachung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
• Planung und Durchführung interner Audits sowie Begleitung externer Audits und Zertifizierungsverfahren
• Überwachung qualitätsrelevanter KPIs und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Enge Abstimmung mit Produktion, Entwicklung und Einkauf zur nachhaltigen Qualitätsverbesserung
• Beratung der Geschäftsführung in strategischen und operativen Themen der Qualitätssicherung

IHR PROFIL

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (z.B. Maschinenbau, Qualitätsmanagement, Werkstofftechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, z.B. als staatliche geprüfte/r Techniker/in oder Meister/in mit einschlägiger Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) im Bereich Qualitätssicherung/Qualitätsmanagement
• Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden und Teams
• Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Normen (z. B. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, wünschenswert: ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 27001)
• Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätssicherungssystemen
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Kommunikationsstärke
• Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Office sowie idealerweise in QM-Systemen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
