Full-time Reinforcement for the existing sales management On site in Oppach
We are growing - and strengthening our sales leadership. Our current sales manager is staying on board and will once again focus more on customers, brand development and creative sales concepts. You take over the operational leadership of the team: around eight sales staff and assistants whom you organise and develop further - while opening up new customers and markets yourself.

Your everyday life
Your responsibilities
- Leading and developing our team of around eight sales staff and assistants
- Actively acquiring new customers and personally developing new markets and sales channels
- Building new customer contacts and handing the potential you win over to our sales team
- Optimising and digitalising our sales processes
- Developing clear sales strategies, targets and measurable results
- Close, partnership-based cooperation with our experienced sales professional, who will concentrate even more on customers, projects and creative sales ideas
Your profile
Your qualifications
- Several years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally with leadership responsibility
- Enjoyment of leading people and of selling in person at the same time
- Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and closing ability
- Experience in developing new markets and customer relationships
- A talent for organisation, clear communication and an eye for efficient processes
