Mechanical Team Leader (m/f/d)

We're looking for you to join us as a Mechanical Team Leader (m/f/d) in the field of automatic transport system installation in Dresden!

Your Responsibilities

• Setup and commissioning of transport systems for manufacturing automation in the semiconductor industry
• Mechanical assembly of subassemblies and system components according to drawings under cleanroom conditions
• Documenting the work steps performed
• Active communication and close collaboration with internal stakeholders, e.g., project management
• Active involvement in the definition, implementation, and execution of workflows
• Providing technical leadership to a team and training new employees

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, plant engineer, construction mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or comparable; alternatively, qualified advanced training, e.g., master craftsman, technician
• Professional experience in the installation of mechanical plant components
• Ability to lead and develop a small team in a cooperative and motivating manner
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in German and English
• Team-oriented, solution-oriented, service-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to serve as a role model
• Structured and precise work style
• Willingness to travel within Europe on occasion-preferred
• A driver’s license is required
