• Programming and operation of CNC-controlled milling machines(Heidenhain -control, 3 axes, machine bed 1500x3000)
• Professional and proper operation of conventional milling machines
• Production of parts with high degree of difficulty after drawing by milling
• Independent installation of machine tools

• Use of different machines and tools according to the material to be processed
• technical workshop sketches incl. Dimensional calculations
• Independent and autonomous compliance with all quality requirements and self-examination

Your profile

• Completed training as a cutting machine operator (m / w) milling
• Comprehensive knowledge of CNC programming (preferably Heidenhain)
• Professional experience as a conventional cutter
• Professional experience as a CNC router (programming and operation)
• good technical understanding
• 100% reading of technical drawings
• Commitment and motivation, independent work and teamwork
• Reliability, a high sense of responsibility
