YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will manage all HR processes, from recruiting, performance and salary reviews to disciplinary measures and budget control for our production sites in Bernstadt Auf dem Eigen, Markersdorf and Eibau
- You will ensure compliance with all labor law regulations, internal guidelines and social security regulations
- You will lead the establishment, management and further development of a high-performing HR team
- You will manage all relevant HR processes, such as monitoring the HR budget and developing HR systems and tools
- You will analyze HR data and prepare reports for senior management to aid in decision-making
- You maintain a trust-based relationship with the works council through regular meetings and transparent communication, as well as leading joint initiatives to promote the company's success
- You actively support change processes within the company with strategic insight and effective communication
- You develop and implement training, counselling and employee development programs to ensure sustainable talent development
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a degree in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology or a related field of study
- You have several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a production environment with a matrix or group structure
- You have solid knowledge of German labor law, collective agreements and social security regulations, as well as experience working with works councils.
- You are proficient in MS Office and SAP
- You have exceptional communication skills, leadership qualities and experience in an international environment
- Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written
