IHRE AUFGABEN
- Eigenständiges Ausführen laufender Prozesse in der Finanzbuchhaltung und Bearbeiten von Geschäftsvorfällen (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Sachkonten)
- Unterstützen des Leiters der Buchhaltung beim Erstellen von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
- Unterstützen bei der Weiterentwicklung des Buchhaltungssystems und Implementierung digitaler Workflows
- Selbstständige Kontenklärung und Intercompany-Abstimmungen
- Unterstützen im Zahlungsverkehr und im Forderungsmanagement
- Mitarbeit im Garantie- und Bürgschaftswesen, beim Erstellen der Umsatzvoranmeldungen und statistischen Meldungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und internen Fachabteilungen

IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK)
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in internationalem Umfeld
- Praxiserfahrung in Projekten zu ERP-Upgrades (idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) sowie bei der Automatisierung und Digitalisierung buchhalterischer Abläufe und Workflows
- Fundierte HGB-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit umsatzsteuerlichen Sachverhalten
- Analytische Denkweise und hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Teamgeist und Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue Sachverhalte
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
