Electrical Engineering Team Leader (m/f/d)

We are looking for you to join us as an Electrical Engineering Team Leader (m/f/d) in the field of automatic transport system installation at our Dresden location.

Your Responsibilities

• Setting up transport systems for manufacturing automation in the semiconductor industry
• Electrical and mechanical assembly of subassemblies and system components according to drawings under cleanroom conditions
• Conducting initial inspections, commissioning, and functional tests of the systems through to customer acceptance
• Documenting work steps and system tests, as well as preparing handover reports
• Active communication and close collaboration with customers
• Providing technical leadership to a team and training new employees
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations as the team’s designated qualified electrician
• Active involvement in defining, implementing, and executing workflows in projects
• Providing technical leadership to a team and training new employees

Your Profile

• Completed, recognized vocational training in an electrical engineering field, or certification as an industrial foreman or technician specializing in mechatronics or electrical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in the installation of electrical components and systems
• Ability to lead and develop a small team in a cooperative and motivating manner
• Proficiency in MS Office
• German and English skills; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
• Team-oriented, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to serve as a role model
• Structured and precise work style
• Willingness to travel within Europe on occasion-preferred
• A driver’s license is required
