Construction Manager / Site Manager for Industrial Facilities (m/f/d)

We are looking for you to join us as a Construction Manager / Site Manager for Industrial Facilities (m/f/d) in the field of installing automated transport systems at our Dresden location.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical and supervisory leadership of an installation team for automated transport and storage systems in cleanrooms, as well as day-to-day management of construction site operations
• Close operational collaboration with project management and on-site customers in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of installation and service projects in the semiconductor industry-including regular progress and status reports
• Ensuring the highest quality and safety standards, as well as implementing and verifying quality control measures, acceptance tests, and handoffs
• Communication and coordination between the team, management, and customers-from requirements through operational scheduling to the completion of installations
• Coordinating and supervising the installation area, as well as conducting team meetings and regular feedback sessions

Your Profile

• Completed technical vocational training and/or certification as a technician or master craftsman (e.g., mechatronics, electrical systems, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.)
• Relevant professional experience in the installation or servicing of technical systems-ideally in the semiconductor industry
• Initial leadership experience and the ability to coordinate external project partners
• A structured, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Very good German (C1) and English (B2) language skills
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel occasionally for work
• Class B driver’s license
