Business Expert (Power Platform) (m/f/diverse)

Your tasks

• Being in touch with our potential customers and transforming their requirements into technical analysis;
• Performing analysis on existing/new requirements falling under the responsibility of the team;
• Developing product design, analyses, implements, and tests customer requirements;
• Designing, analyzing, and defining functional and technical changes based on new business requirements in collaboration with related technical experts;
• Being part of Power Platform community and actively supporting it;
• Continuously gathering, structuring and documenting business requirements.

Your profile

• Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud;
• Ability to understanding and analyse business requirements;
• Good analytical thinking with attention to details aimed to solve problems;
• Ability to abstract, conceptual and analytical thinking, initiative, and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new subject areas;
• High affinity for technologies and experience in agile working methods;
• High performance and customer orientation combined with the ability to change and flexibility;
• Fluency in English - both written and verbal, German would be considered as an advantage;
• University degree in IT or relevant.

This team provides a global end-to-end operation of workplace services (hardware and software at the workplace, productivity, communication and collaboration tools, MyCom, all phones, etc) and customer-oriented continuous innovation. This includes vendor/supplier/outsourcing management (e.g. DXC, BT) as well as strategic development of workplace services, product and hardware management up to various service offerings regarding end-user support or digitalization activities.
